Please note; if your delivery is marked as delivered by the courier but the customer claims to have not received it, we are unable to refund and can only process a new order.
If the shipping address is filled in incorrectly and the package has to be returned to sender or is unable to be redelivered, we are unable to give a full refund as shipping cost will not be included in refunds.
Customers can then process another order, however the shipping fee will need to be covered via an invoice only once they have contacted customer service.

These costs are imposed by your local customs office and unfortunately are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges before placing an order on website.
